Policy Administrator

This is an important behind-the-scenes role, ensuring our policies remain current, relevant and easy to find. You’ll work with the Group Scout Leader and policy authors to make sure reviews happen on time, suggest updates where needed, and ensure the latest approved versions are always available to volunteers and members.

You’ll be:

• Maintaining the Group’s policy library and review schedule.
• Working with policy authors to ensure policies are reviewed and updated regularly.
• Identifying policies that may need amendments or improvements.
• Ensuring only the most up-to-date versions are published and available.
• Helping volunteers find and understand the policies they need.
• Supporting good governance and compliance across the Group.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• You have 2 hours per week to offer.
• Enjoy being organised and keeping information accurate.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Are confident communicating with a range of people.
• Can manage deadlines and follow up on actions.
• Have experience in administration, compliance or document management (helpful, but not essential).
