Network Team Leader

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic volunteer to help lead and support our members that are 18-25 years. You can be within the Network age range or old older. If you’re passionate about helping our Dauntless Members grow in confidence, take on new challenges and have amazing adventures, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
• Support members to plan and lead exciting activities, events, community projects and adventures.
• Encourage members to work towards their Chief Scout’s and King’s Scout Awards.
• Promote positive behaviour and a great team culture.
• Support and develop members to assist the wider Group.
• Keep membership records, attendance and programme information up to date.
• Communicate with members, and help promote activities.
• Manage your budget and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure activities are run safely, with appropriate supervision, risk assessments, safeguarding and first aid arrangements in place.
• Assist in the management of the Group by being part of the Group Leadership Team.
