This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll look after records for our minibus, van, coach and HGV drivers, arrange vehicle hire when needed, and build great relationships with the organisations and individuals who generously loan vehicles to us.
You’ll be:
- Keeping driver records and compliance information up to date.
- Booking hire vehicles for camps, events and activities.
- Working closely with vehicle hire companies and supporters who loan us vehicles.
- Helping ensure our transport arrangements are safe, organised and reliable.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- You have 1 hour per week to offer.
- Enjoy being organised and keeping records accurate.
- Are confident communicating with a variety of people.
- Can manage several tasks at once and solve problems when they arise.
- Have experience in administration, logistics or transport (helpful, but not essential).
