Renown PL & APL Training Camp

Renown Troop’s weekend training camp for PLs and APLs.
In the run-up to summer camp, this training weekend will give PLs and APLs the skills they need to look after their patrol at Summer Camp (even if you’re not going to summer camp, it will be a fun weekend away with friends, learning new skills). We’ll be refreshing on how to pitch the tents, light fires and cook meals. As well as training we’ll be making use of some of the on-site activities, and of course some games.
Transport
As we usually do for weekend camps, we ask parents to drop off / pick up their Scouts. Directions to Thriftwood are available at www.thriftwood.org.uk/maps/.
Drop off at 18:30.
Collection at 15:00.
We are camping on site 25.
