DESCRIPTION:One of the hottest social events of the summer: the 3rdCB Band Night.  \n\n\n\nCelebrate the start of summer in Old Leigh\, and watch the sun go down to some great entertainment\, including the fabulous XStatic live on stage. \n\n\n\nWe’ll have a food wagon serving snacks\, as well as a bar serving cocktails and soft drinks. Or feel free to bring your own drinks & nibbles. \n\n\n\nAll proceeds go towards supporting Scouting and activities for young people at 3rd Chalkwell Bay. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChildren and young people are welcome and encouraged to attend\, but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are very welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks\, but please remember that under 18s are not permitted to consume alcohol on Scout premises. The Den is a no smoking site.

DESCRIPTION:Our annual chance to celebrate the achievements of our youth members over the past year at the Group’s Presentation Evening. \n\n\n\nThis year’s event will be back at Leigh Road Baptist Church\, the doors are open from 1830 for a 1900 start.  All members of the Group and their parents/family are invited to attend (full uniform for members please). \n\n\n\nDuring the evening awards will be presented to the Beavers\, Cubs\, Scouts and Explorers for their achievements throughout the year. The sections will also be providing displays on their activities throughout the year. \n\n\n\nAfter the presentations there will be a selection of refreshments\, to give you the opportunity to look at the displays & photos and see what we’ve been up to over the past year\, as well as to meet the leader team & other parents.

DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the end of summer in Old Leigh with the return of one of the hottest social events of the year: the Old Leigh Sea Scouts’ Band Night\, hosted jointly between 3rd Chalkwell Bay and 4th/6th Leigh-on-Sea Sea Scouts. \n\n\n\nWatch the sun go down with friends and family\, and dance the night away to some great entertainment\, including the fabulous Big Yellow Suitcase live on stage. \n\n\n\nOn site food wagon and bar available\, serving awesome street food\, great cocktails\, and soft drinks. Or feel free to bring your own drinks & nibbles. \n\n\n\nAll proceeds go towards supporting Sea Scouting and activities for young people at Old Leigh’s two Sea Scout Groups: 4th/6th Leigh-on-Sea and 3rd Chalkwell Bay. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChildren and young people are welcome and encouraged to attend\, but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are very welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks\, but please remember that under 18s are not permitted to consume alcohol on Scout premises. The Den is a no smoking site.
